Dev reads Law at the National University of Singapore, where he has excelled in moot trials and legal research. He was an English Linguistics scholar at Raffles Institution, where he graduated with distinction. Dev’s research in epistemology was awarded a Silver Medal and High Distinction at the annual Research Education Congress. At Raffles, he was also involved in organising the Inter-School Philosophy Dialogue. Dev also worked as a writer for SportCares Foundation.

A caring tutor who focuses on building a personal connection, Dev has been guiding Secondary and Junior College students across a range of subjects for the past two years, with an emphasis on the humanities.

Beyond academics, Dev is an avid water polo player.
